The Colonel warmly welcomes you to his beautiful, pleasant, spacious and well-equipped cottage (rural gîte) for a relaxing family holiday – for up to 11 people – in a quiet and peaceful village.

Located on the edge of a green, tree-lined square – the most beautiful in the Dinant area – in the centre of the village of Falmagne, the setting is bucolic and full of charm.

Grandparents, parents, children, grandchildren, groups of friends or sports enthusiasts will all find an authentic atmosphere for disconnection and unwinding in this beautiful old building, tastefully decorated in a rustic style with wooden beams.

• Want to get together and spend time with each other? On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining room and lounge – with a cast iron stove for winter evenings – are all connected.

• Want to rest or freshen up? There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms upstairs.

• Want to get away from it all or chat with a couple of friends? A reading and games corner with a sofa awaits you on the second floor.

• The weather is nice and you want to enjoy the garden? There is a furnished terrace where you can have your meal – why not a barbecue? – and a garden with a lawn.

• Is your electric car running low on power? The charging station in front of the cottage will allow you to recharge your batteries.

• Are your children bursting with energy? The playground on the square will help you channel their enthusiasm. You can also play football or other ball games on the large grassy field.

• Still looking to let off steam when it rains? Ask the owner for access to the barn next to the cottage, where you'll find a table tennis table, table football, swings for the little ones and a climbing rope. You can also store bicycles, pushchairs, etc. there.

• Eager to discover the region? Dinant is an absolute must-see tourist destination. If you prefer nature, Falmagne is the starting point for many marked walks between the Meuse and Lesse rivers.

• Are you a cyclist, cycle tourist or bike enthusiast? The cottage has been awarded the 'Bikes Welcome' label!

Please note that sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels and tea towels are not provided and must therefore be brought by the occupants. Animals are not allowed for hygiene and allergy reasons.
