The cottage/gîte can accommodate up to 11 people. Its surface area of 175 m2 offers large spaces where guests can meet or isolate themselves and meet up according to their needs.
The ground floor consists of a large room including the kitchen area, the dining room area and the living room area. In addition to the windows, the room is lit by a central skylight. There is also a cloakroom and a toilet.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, another bathroom, a separate toilet and a large central landing.
The fourth bedroom is on the second floor, with a separate toilet and a large bathroom with bathtub. These are arranged around a large landing - reading corner or games room - with sofa.
A terrace and a garden at the back of the building allow you to enjoy the sun and the outside air and to have meals when the weather is nice.
In bad weather and in consultation with the owner, the occupants of the cottage will have access to a covered play area in the adjoining barn, with swings and a climbing rope for the little ones and a ping-pong table and table football for the older ones.
There is a private parking space - equipped with an electric charging point - in front of the cottage. Parking on the street is free.
The cottage is intended for family use.
Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels and tea towels are not provided and must therefore be brought by the occupants. Here are the dimensions of the beds per room:
Bedroom with a double bed 140x190 cm
Bedroom with a double bed 160x200 cm and a single bed 90x200 cm
Bedroom with two single beds 90x200 cm
Bedroom with a double bed 180x200 cm and a single bunk bed 90x200 cm.
A single 80x200 cm extra bed or cot can be added to a bedroom on request.
If you plan to use your own sleeping bags, it is nevertheless necessary, for reasons of hygiene, to bring the fitted sheets and pillowcases for the beds you will be occupying.
